ICC
Concerning our shifter-kart assortment we will continue to sell the models Toledo-125 and Vinto-125. A Toxic-125 chassis will be available from March on.

Inboard
We keep the models Vinto-IB and Magic-IB in our stock. During spring 2006 we will introduce a Diabolik-IB version.

New spare-parts 2006

Brake calliper Hightech Evo 06
The newly developped brake calliper is based on the actual homologation. We have slimmed it by making it 810g lighter.
It will be adjusted with spacers (like the front-brake).
The brake support will be screwed on the frame and not welded anymore.
The brake calliper 2005 is incompatible with the new chassis.

Floating brake disk
The floating brake-disc is based on the actual brake disc (210mm). It is compatible on all chassis and a conversion kit will be available either.
Advantages: The rear axle becomes less hot and the brake pads run down straightly. With this new concept the life-time of a brake pad will be much longer.

Front brake calliper
There has been an improvement made to the front brake callipers. Instead of the short brake pipes, which made the small arc, we will put metal-arcs in the future.

Brake-system Itaka with front-brakes
With the last homologation Itaka brought an interesting brake system on the market. The principle is based on a hand-brake, which the driver can use whenever he wants to. This can be a big advantage for overtakings and during the first few laps.
We provide the Itaka brake-system as complete set (rear and front brake).

Set for tall drivers
From 2006 we can provide a special conversion kit for tall drivers, which consists of two special fork-pieces (for a prolongation of the brake-cable), a special front-bumper and a longer front-bumper support. With this sytem you can gain up to 3cm.

Rear axle super-soft
We will produce a new super-soft 50mm rear axle.
We will continue the production of the medium and the soft rear axle 50mm. For shifter karts we will continue with the soft reinforced rear axle.

Journals
A new journal with a 25mm wheel bolt has been developped. Running this journal our racing team made positive experiences with the new tyre generation. The tyres run down more evenly and there was less abrasion.
Those are available as Nr. 1 (11.5 degrees) and Nr. 2 (12 degrees).

Goldstar rims will become Blackstar
Goldstar rims will be painted black from 2006. Therefore we will be able to guarantee higher leak tightness.

New body-set "Duo"
Giacoletto will homologate a new body-set in week 50, which will be in stock at SWISS HUTLESS from January on. As soon as we will have more information and pictures we will give you further information. Stilo and Unico will be kept in stock.

End-piece steering column
Is available in streight and inclined form, compatible for Diesis and Daytona steering-wheels.

Water-pump support
The new water-pump support consists of a strap, which is fixed on the rear transverse tube.
Attention: from 2006 the water-pump is not included anymore in the standard equipment of the chassis!

CIK wheel nuts
From now we are using 13mm CIK wheel nuts.

Exhaust support
The angle tube for the exhaust support is flatted on the end to have more stability.



Administrative News

Mariza Trachsel will leave SWISS HUTLESS at the end of December after over 4 years. She will be replaced by Philip Spillmann, who will take over the marketing and sales part.

Our office will be closed from 24th of Dezember 2005 until the 3rd of January 2006.
